This is a fitness promo for a friend of mine trying to become a sponsored athlete. All camera work and editing were done by me. The gym and lighting were provided by the owner of the gym, and the video was shot after hours.

This was a last-minute music video shot spur of the moment. All lighting was mine and I ran the entire process.
Practicing with the improved rotoscoping brush in After Effects. No green screen used. The rendering was a bit choppy because I need to upgrade my graphics card.
These are just some of the exercises I do to make sure I remember how to do the simple stuff in After Effects.
